Refund Policy

1. Refunds are allowed only under special circumstances.
2. Bank charges incurred during online transactions are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. If a double payment occurs due to technical reasons during a single transaction, a refund for the excess amount can be requested by submitting transaction details or receipt information.
4. Refunds will be processed only in cases where the exact same booking is made twice by mistake.
5. Donations must be made only through authorized payment modes: Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking.
6. Direct bank deposits will be considered as donations only and will not be refunded.
